License Grant

When you purchase a Digital Product on BloxDock, the seller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Digital Product, subject to this Licensing Policy and any additional terms stated by the seller on the product's listing page. This license does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product - the seller retains all rights, title, and interest in it.

Personal License (Default)

Unless a product's listing states otherwise, all purchases grant a Personal License. Under a Personal License, you may use the Digital Product in your own Roblox game or project, including a game that generates revenue through Roblox's own monetization features (such as Robux purchases or Premium Payouts). A Personal License does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Digital Product itself, whether modified or unmodified, as a standalone product or as part of another asset pack.

Commercial License

Some sellers may separately offer a Commercial License for their Digital Products, granting broader rights such as use across multiple games or projects, or the ability to include the Digital Product within a larger commercial package. If a Commercial License is offered, its specific terms and price will be described on the product's listing page or agreed directly with the seller. In the absence of an explicitly offered Commercial License, only the Personal License described above applies.

What You May Do

Under a standard Personal License, you may: install and use the Digital Product in games or projects that you own or operate; modify the Digital Product for your own use within those games or projects; and use the Digital Product in games that earn revenue through normal Roblox monetization.

What You May Not Do

Unless explicitly permitted by a Commercial License or the seller's written consent, you may not: resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Digital Product, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified; share the Digital Product's source files with others; claim authorship of the Digital Product; or use the Digital Product in a way that infringes on the seller's or any third party's intellectual property rights.

Ownership and Attribution

Sellers retain all intellectual property rights in the Digital Products they list, except to the extent those rights are licensed to buyers as described in this policy. BloxDock does not claim ownership over any Digital Product listed on the Platform.

License Termination

Your license to use a Digital Product may be terminated if you violate the terms of this Licensing Policy, our Terms of Service, or the specific terms stated by the seller. Upon termination, you must stop using the Digital Product and remove it from any active projects.

No Warranty

Digital Products are provided by sellers "as is," without warranty of any kind, except as otherwise stated in our Terms of Service. BloxDock does not guarantee that any Digital Product will be free of bugs, compatible with all Roblox game configurations, or fit for any particular purpose.

Questions

If you're unsure what a specific Digital Product's license allows, check its listing page or contact the seller directly before purchasing. General questions about this Licensing Policy can be sent through the contact options available on the Platform.
